Refund policy
At Athena Flowers, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality floral arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once flowers have been delivered or picked up. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery or pick-up. If your flowers arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong arrangement, contact us within 24 hours at athenaflowersca@gmail.com. We may request a photo of the arrangement for quality review.
Replacements and Store Credit
- In most cases, we will provide a replacement arrangement or store credit.
- Cash refunds may be offered at our discretion.
- If a replacement requires delivery, the customer may choose to either cover delivery fees or return the original arrangement to our Mississauga location.
Exceptions
- Custom orders and special requests are final sale.
- Deposits for phone or email orders are non-refundable.
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Cancellations
- Orders cancelled 48+ hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- Orders cancelled 24–47 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund.
- Customers may reschedule orders with 24+ hours’ notice at no additional cost.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at athenaflowersca@gmail.com.
